Florida Tax Amnesty Program

A tax amnesty program is in effect from July 1, 2003 through October 31, 2003 in the state of Florida. If your company owes interest on taxes or penalties, you may want to take advantage of this program as interest rates will increase substantially and retroactively on November 1, 2003. The 2003/3 release of allows you to calculate interest due using the applicable discounts under the amnesty program as well as the rates that will be in effect beginning November 1.
