There are no updates for the fourth quarter of 2016. However, the following changes to go into effect January 1, 2017, have been published and are reflected in the program:

• Colorado from 6% to 7%
• Idaho from 4% to 3%
• Indiana from 2% to 3%
• Kansas from 4% to 5%
